Article R6113-8 of the French Labour Code

To enable the registration of a vocational certification or a certification or accreditation in the national registers under the procedures set out in articles L. 6113-5 and L. 6113-6, the ministries or certifying bodies shall send the Director General of France Compétences the information, the list and content of which are set by order of the Minister responsible for vocational training.

Pour permettre l’enregistrement d’une certification professionnelle ou d’une certification ou habilitation dans les répertoires nationaux au titre des procédures prévues aux articles L. 6113-5 et L. 6113-6, les ministères ou organismes certificateurs transmettent au directeur général de France compétences les informations dont la liste et le contenu sont fixés par arrêté du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle.
