Article R612-8 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

For the application of the second paragraph of article R. 533-2, the reference to the property security contribution provided for inarticle 879 of the General Tax Code is replaced by the reference to the registration fees provided for inarticle 89 of decree no. 2008-1086 of 23 October 2008 relating to the registration of property rights in Mayotte.

Pour l’application du second alinéa de l’article R. 533-2, la référence à la contribution de sécurité immobilière prévue à l’article 879 du code général des impôts est remplacée par la référence aux frais des inscriptions prévus à l’article 89 du décret n° 2008-1086 du 23 octobre 2008 relatif à l’immatriculation et à l’inscription des droits en matière immobilière à Mayotte.
