Article R6123-10 of the French Labour Code

The Board of Directors is convened by its Chairman at least six times a year.

It is also convened as of right, on a specific agenda, at the written request of the representative of the Minister for Vocational Training or of the majority of the members of the Board of Directors, within one month of the request.

Minutes are taken of each meeting of the Board of Directors.

The minutes are sent without delay to the Minister responsible for vocational training and to the authority responsible for economic and financial control.

Le conseil administration se réunit sur convocation de son président au moins six fois par an.

Il est en outre réuni de plein droit, sur un ordre du jour déterminé, à la demande écrite du représentant du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle ou de la majorité des membres du conseil d’administration, dans le délai d’un mois suivant la demande.

Il est établi un procès-verbal de chaque séance du conseil d’administration.

Le procès-verbal est adressé sans délai au ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle, ainsi qu’à l’autorité chargée du contrôle économique et financier.
