The provisions of this subsection shall apply to the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution when it acts as the authority responsible for supervising a subsidiary of an undertaking which has its head office in another Member State of the European Union or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Les dispositions de la présente sous-section sont applicables à l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution lorsque celle-ci agit en tant qu’autorité en charge de la supervision d’une filiale d’une entreprise ayant son siège dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou dans un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen.
