Article R6141-57 of the French Public Health Code

The Chairman of the Board of Directors is elected by the members of the Board of Directors from among the representatives of the founding public institutions.

He chairs the Board of Directors, convenes its meetings and sets the agenda.

He represents the Foundation in legal proceedings and in all civil acts.

He may delegate powers to the Director under the conditions defined by the internal regulations.

Le président du conseil d’administration est élu par les membres du conseil d’administration parmi les représentants des établissements publics fondateurs.

Il préside le conseil d’administration, le convoque et en fixe l’ordre du jour.

Il représente la fondation en justice et dans tous les actes de la vie civile.

Il peut donner délégation au directeur dans les conditions définies par le règlement intérieur.
