Article R6142-3 of the French Public Health Code

Universities, on the one hand, and regional hospital centres, on the other hand, shall, when drawing up the agreements which they conclude by virtue of articles L. 6142-3, L. 6142-7 and L. 6142-17, be required to comply with the provisions of this section.

The parties concerned may include in these agreements any clauses that are not contrary to these provisions.

Article R6142-3

Les universités, d’une part, et les centres hospitaliers régionaux, d’autre part, sont, dans l’élaboration des conventions qu’ils concluent en vertu des articles L. 6142-3, L. 6142-7 et L. 6142-17, tenus de se conformer aux dispositions de la présente section.

Les parties intéressées peuvent insérer dans ces conventions toutes clauses non contraires à ces dispositions.
