Article R6147-117 of the French Public Health Code

The commission is made up as follows:

1° The chief medical officer of the army hospital or the person he/she appoints for this purpose;

2° Two mediators and their alternates;

3° Three representatives of patients and their relatives and their alternates, including at least:

a) A member of the military covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code;

b) A person in one of the categories mentioned in the fifth paragraph of article L. 4123-2 of the same code;

c) A representative of users of the healthcare system from associations approved in application of article L. 1114-1 of this code.

Article R6147-117

La commission est composée comme suit :

1° Le médecin-chef de l’hôpital des armées ou la personne qu’il désigne à cet effet ;

2° Deux médiateurs et leurs suppléants ;

3° Trois représentants des patients et de leurs proches et leurs suppléants, dont au moins :

a) Un militaire relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense ;

b) Une personne relevant d’une des catégories mentionnées au cinquième alinéa de l’article L. 4123-2 du même code ;

c) Un représentant des usagers du système de santé issu des associations agréées en application de l’article L. 1114-1 du présent code.
