Article R6147-123 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of a tie, the Chairman shall have the casting vote.

A person appointed by the Chief Medical Officer of the Armed Forces Hospital and responsible within the hospital for quality improvement policy shall attend meetings of the Committee in an advisory capacity.

The committee may hear any competent person on the issues on the agenda.

En cas de partage égal des voix, la voix du président est prépondérante.

Une personne désignée par le médecin-chef de l’hôpital des armées et chargée au sein de l’hôpital de la politique d’amélioration de la qualité assiste aux séances de la commission avec voix consultative.

La commission peut entendre toute personne compétente sur les questions inscrites à l’ordre du jour.
