I.-The Armed Forces Medical Corps may, where necessary, have specialised equipment installed at its own expense, in a public health establishment or a private health establishment authorised to provide the public hospital service located in a territory mentioned in article R. 6147-136, with its agreement, to enable doctors practising in this establishment to carry out the expert assessments mentioned in the same article.
II – The contribution mentioned in II of article L. 6147-10 may include the setting up by the health system players mentioned in article R. 6147-135, for military personnel, in order to take into account the hardships imposed on them, of priority care procedures or time slots reserved for expert assessments linked to the evaluation of skills mentioned in 3° of article L. 4132-1 of the Defence Code.
