Article R6147-142 of the French Public Health Code

The specific contract referred to in I of article L. 6147-12 provides for the funding allocated to the armed forces health service under the regional intervention fund in application of article L. 1435-8 and the implementation at regional level of the measures included in the protocol referred to in paragraph 1.

The Minister for Defence appoints one or more correspondents to each Director General of the Regional Health Agency, who, within their area of competence, may participate in the preparation, monitoring, control and evaluation of the specific contract.

Le contrat spécifique mentionné au I de l’article L. 6147-12 prévoit les financements alloués au service de santé des armées au titre du fonds d’intervention régional en application de l’article L. 1435-8 et la mise en œuvre au niveau régional des mesures inscrites au protocole mentionné au paragraphe 1.

Le ministre de la défense désigne, auprès de chaque directeur général d’agence régionale de santé, un ou plusieurs correspondants, qui, dans leur domaine de compétence, peuvent participer à l’élaboration, au suivi, au contrôle et à l’évaluation du contrat spécifique.
