Article R6147-60 of the French Public Health Code

The term of office of the members appointed by the National Assembly and the Senate to sit on the Supervisory Board of the Quinze-Vingts National Ophthalmology Hospital expires when these assemblies are renewed. However, they shall continue to sit on the supervisory board of this establishment until their replacements are appointed.

Le mandat des membres désignés par l’Assemblée nationale et le Sénat pour siéger au conseil de surveillance du Centre hospitalier national d’ophtalmologie des Quinze-Vingts expire lors du renouvellement de ces assemblées. Toutefois, ils continuent à siéger au sein du conseil de surveillance de cet établissement jusqu’à la désignation de leurs remplaçants.
