Article R6147-77 of the French Public Health Code

By way of derogation from article L. 6144-4, the Technical Committee of the establishment comprises, on the one hand, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Director of the Prison Administration or his representative, the Director General of Healthcare or his representative, the Director of the establishment and, on the other hand, four representatives of the establishment’s staff covered by Title IV of the General Statute for Civil Servants.

An alternate member is appointed for each full member. This alternate member may only sit in place of the full member.

Par dérogation à l’article L. 6144-4, le comité technique d’établissement comprend, d’une part, le président du conseil d’administration, le directeur de l’administration pénitentiaire ou son représentant, le directeur général de l’offre de soins ou son représentant, le directeur de l’établissement et, d’autre part, quatre représentants du personnel de l’établissement relevant du titre IV du statut général des fonctionnaires.

Un membre suppléant est désigné pour chaque membre titulaire. Il ne peut siéger qu’en remplacement de ce dernier.
