Article R6152-306 of the French Public Health Code

A national jury is set up for each discipline or speciality. Half of each panel is made up of :

1° Hospital practitioners governed by the provisions of section 1 of this chapter with at least four years’ actual service in one or other of these capacities ;

2° Tenured teaching and hospital staff governed by decree no. 2021-1645 of 13 December 2021 relating to teaching and hospital staff at university hospitals.

Article R6152-306

Un jury national est constitué par discipline ou par spécialité. Chaque jury est composé pour moitié :

1° De praticiens hospitaliers régis par les dispositions de la section 1 du présent chapitre comptant au moins quatre ans de services effectifs dans l’une ou l’autre de ces qualités ;

2° De membres du personnel enseignant et hospitalier titulaires régis par le décret n° 2021-1645 du 13 décembre 2021 relatif au personnel enseignant et hospitalier des centres hospitaliers et universitaires.
