Article R6152-355-1 of the French Public Health Code

Contractual practitioners working in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, La Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon receive a special monthly allowance, not subject to contributions to the supplementary pension scheme and equal to 40% of the emoluments mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-355, excluding the variable portion mentioned in the second paragraph of this same 1°.

The amount of the gross annual emoluments thus increased and including the variable part may not exceed an amount set by order of the ministers in charge of the budget and health.

Les praticiens contractuels en fonction en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à La Réunion, à Mayotte, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon perçoivent une indemnité spéciale mensuelle, non soumise à cotisation au régime de retraite complémentaire et égale à 40 % des émoluments mentionnés au 1° de l’article R. 6152-355, à l’exclusion de la part variable mentionnée au deuxième alinéa de ce même 1°.

Le montant des émoluments bruts annuels ainsi majorés et incluant la part variable ne peut excéder un montant fixé par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget et de la santé.
