Article R6152-373 of the French Public Health Code

In the interests of the service, a practitioner who is the subject of the procedure provided for in article R. 6152-372 may be suspended pending a decision on his case, after obtaining the opinion of the chairman of the establishment’s medical committee, by decision of the director of the establishment. For the duration of his suspension, he shall retain all the emoluments provided for in 1° of article R. 6152-355.

The director of the establishment shall inform the director general of the regional health agency of his decision without delay.

Dans l’intérêt du service, le praticien qui fait l’objet de la procédure prévue à l’article R. 6152-372 peut être suspendu en attendant qu’il soit statué sur son cas, après avis du président de la commission médicale d’établissement, par décision du directeur de l’établissement. Il conserve, pendant la durée de sa suspension, la totalité des émoluments prévus au 1° de l’article R. 6152-355.

Le directeur de l’établissement informe sans délai le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé de sa décision.
