Article R6152-416 of the French Public Health Code

The remuneration of contractual practitioners is set according to the following rules:

1° The emoluments of contractual practitioners recruited in application of 1°, 2°, 4° and 5° of article R. 6152-402 are set in accordance with a joint order of the ministers responsible for health and the budget, in proportion to the working time defined in the contract;

2° Contractual practitioners recruited in application of 3° of article R. 6152-402 are remunerated on the basis of the emoluments applicable to assistant specialists in their first and second years, in proportion to the working time defined in the contract. These emoluments may not be higher than those applicable to specialist assistants in their 3rd and 4th years;

3° The emoluments of contractual practitioners recruited in application of article R. 6152-403 are set in accordance with a joint order of the Ministers of Health and the Budget, in proportion to the working time defined in the contract.

Article R6152-416

La rémunération des praticiens contractuels est fixée selon les règles suivantes :

1° Les émoluments des praticiens contractuels recrutés en application des 1°, 2°, 4° et 5° de l’article R. 6152-402 sont fixés conformément à un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé et du budget, proportionnellement à la durée de travail définie au contrat ;

2° Les praticiens contractuels recrutés en application du 3° de l’article R. 6152-402 sont rémunérés, sur la base des émoluments applicables aux assistants spécialistes en première et deuxième années proportionnellement à la durée de travail défini au contrat. Ces émoluments ne peuvent être supérieurs à ceux applicables aux assistants spécialistes en 3e et 4e années ;

3° Les émoluments des praticiens contractuels recrutés en application de l’article R. 6152-403 sont fixés conformément à un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé et du budget, proportionnellement à la durée de travail définie au contrat.
