Practitioners covered by these Staff Regulations may be seconded either at their own request or automatically.
Secondment on request may only take place in one of the following cases:
1° Secondment to a State administration, a State public establishment or a public company;
2° Secondment to a local authority or a local public body;
3° Secondment to an international intergovernmental organisation;
4° Secondment to perform an elective public function other than those mentioned in article R. 6152-53 or a trade union mandate, when the function or mandate does not allow the normal performance of service obligations as defined in articles R. 6152-27 and R. 6152-28 ;
5° Secondment as a university hospital practitioner, under the conditions provided for in article R. 6152-60 ;
6° Secondment as an employee to a private health establishment authorised to provide the public hospital service, or to a private establishment falling within the scope of I of article L. 313-12 of the code de l’action sociale et des familles ;
7° Secondment to a health cooperation grouping, to a public interest grouping falling within one of the cases provided for in article L. 6134-1 or to a hospital foundation as referred to in article L. 6141-7-3 ;
8° Secondment to the post of general adviser to health establishments;
9° (Repealed).
