Assistants recruited in application of the provisions of article R. 6152-503 and who carry out their duties on a full-time basis are entitled to training leave, the duration of which is set at fifteen working days per year.
When they work part-time, the duration of this leave is set at twelve half-working days per year.
Entitlements to training leave in respect of two years may be accumulated.
An order issued by the Minister for Health specifies the conditions for exercising the right to training leave.
During this leave, the assistants continue to receive the emoluments mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-514 at the expense of the establishment to which they belong.
With regard to the assistants mentioned in article R. 6152-503, the period of leave provided for in the first and second paragraphs of article R. 6152-517 as well as in the first paragraph of this article is taken into account in the period of actual service allowing access to the title of former hospital specialist assistant or former hospital generalist assistant provided for in article R. 6152-537.
