Assistants are entitled to :
1° Annual leave of twenty-five working days;
2° To leave granted as part of the reduction in working hours;
3° To days of recuperation for periods of additional working time, standby duty and travel on standby duty when they have not been compensated.
Assistants working part-time benefit from the leave entitlements defined in 1° and 2° above in proportion to their weekly service obligations.
During the leave and recuperation days mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of this article, assistants receive the remuneration mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-514.
The amount of leave mentioned above that may be taken at any one time may not exceed thirty-one consecutive days.
The head of the department or, in his absence, the head of the internal structure organises, after consultation with the practitioners in the structure and on the basis of the organisation decided in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 6152-504 and R. 6152-505, the taking of leave during certain periods of the year depending on activity.
In order to take this leave, the assistant may use annual leave days, reduced working hours days, recuperation days and days accumulated in his time savings account.
The organisation of attendance and absence times for assistant practitioners is included in the division contracts.
The director of the establishment draws up the table of leave and days of recuperation provided for in 1°, 2° and 3° after consulting the head of the division or, failing that, the head of the department, functional unit or any other internal structure.
