Article R6152-531 of the French Public Health Code

A member of staff who is the subject of disciplinary proceedings is entitled to be given access to his entire personal file and all related documents; he may be assisted by one or more defenders of his choice. The person concerned shall be informed of his/her right to access his/her file.

L’assistant qui fait l’objet d’une procédure disciplinaire a droit à la communication de l’intégralité de son dossier individuel et de tous documents annexes ; il peut se faire assister par le ou les défenseurs de son choix. L’intéressé est informé de son droit à communication de son dossier.
