Article R6152-55 of the French Public Health Code

In the cases provided for in 2°, 4°, 6° and 8° of article R. 6152-51, the practitioner may not obtain a secondment before three years of service in his post.

Only hospital practitioners appointed on a permanent basis may benefit from the secondment provided for in 5° of the aforementioned article.

The request for secondment must be submitted by the practitioner at least two months in advance.

Dans les cas prévus aux 2°, 4°, 6° et 8° de l’article R. 6152-51, le praticien ne peut obtenir un détachement avant trois années de service dans son emploi.

Seuls les praticiens hospitaliers nommés à titre permanent peuvent bénéficier du détachement prévu au 5° de l’article précité.

La demande de détachement doit être présentée par le praticien au moins deux mois à l’avance.
