Article R6152-814 of the French Public Health Code

Practitioners governed by sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of this chapter, who were born on or after 1st January 1955 and who are in active employment at the time of their application, may be authorised, subject to medical fitness and within the limit of thirty-six months, to extend their working life beyond the age limit applicable to them.

II-As a transitional measure, the extension of activity applies under the conditions defined inarticle 135 of law no. 2004-806 of 9 August 2004 relating to public health policy, as amended byarticle 141 of law no. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016 relating to the modernisation of our healthcare system, to bring the maximum duration to:

1° Sixty months for practitioners born before 1 July 1951 ;

2° Fifty-six months for practitioners born between 1 July 1951 and 31 December 1951;

3° Fifty-one months for practitioners born in 1952;

4° Forty-six months for practitioners born in 1953;

5° Forty-one months for practitioners born in 1954.

Peuvent être autorisés, sous réserve d’aptitude médicale et dans la limite de trente-six mois, à prolonger leur activité au-delà de la limite d’âge qui leur est applicable, les praticiens régis par les sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 et 7 du présent chapitre, qui sont nés à compter du 1er janvier 1955 et se trouvent en position d’activité au moment de leur demande.

II.-A titre transitoire, la prolongation d’activité s’applique dans les conditions définies à l’article 135 de la loi n° 2004-806 du 9 août 2004 relative à la politique de santé publique, dans sa rédaction issue de l’article 141 de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016 relative à la modernisation de notre système de santé, pour en porter la durée maximale à :

1° Soixante mois pour les praticiens nés avant le 1er juillet 1951 ;

2° Cinquante-six mois pour les praticiens nés entre le 1er juillet 1951 et le 31 décembre 1951 ;

3° Cinquante et un mois pour les praticiens nés en 1952 ;

4° Quarante-six mois pour les praticiens nés en 1953 ;

5° Quarante et un mois pour les praticiens nés en 1954.
