Practitioners benefiting from an extension of activity remain governed by the provisions of the statutes to which they belonged on the date on which they reached the age limit, with the exception of the provisions relating to promotion.

They may either remain in the post they occupy in the establishment to which they are assigned on the date on which they reach the age limit or on the date of renewal of the extension of activity, or take up a post in another establishment.

Les praticiens bénéficiant d’une prolongation d’activité demeurent régis par les dispositions des statuts dont ils relevaient à la date à laquelle ils ont atteint la limite d’âge, à l’exception des dispositions relatives à l’avancement.

Ils peuvent soit être maintenus dans l’emploi qu’ils occupent dans l’établissement où ils sont affectés à la date à laquelle ils atteignent la limite d’âge ou à celle du renouvellement de la prolongation d’activité, soit occuper un emploi dans un autre établissement.
