Article R6152-915 of the French Public Health Code

When, exceptionally, an associate practitioner has not been able to use all the days of leave mentioned in 1° and 2° of I of article R. 6152-914, he may ask to benefit from the opening of a time savings account. The opening of this account is authorised by the director of the host establishment, after obtaining the opinion of the head of department. The provisions of articles R. 6152-803 to R. 6152-813 then apply. At the end of the skills consolidation programme or the adaptation period, the days entered in the time savings account for this period but not used by this date are compensated by the establishment to which the associate practitioner is assigned under the conditions set out in article R. 6152-807-3.

Lorsque, à titre exceptionnel, un praticien associé n’a pu utiliser la totalité des jours de congés mentionnés aux 1° et 2° du I de l’article R. 6152-914, il peut demander à bénéficier de l’ouverture d’un compte épargne-temps. L’ouverture de ce compte est autorisée par le directeur de l’établissement d’accueil, après avis du chef de service. Les dispositions des articles R. 6152-803 à R. 6152-813 sont alors applicables. A la fin du parcours de consolidation des compétences ou du stage d’adaptation, les jours inscrits sur le compte épargne-temps au titre de cette période sans avoir pu être utilisés à cette date font l’objet d’une indemnisation par l’établissement d’affectation du praticien associé dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 6152-807-3.
