Article R6153-2-2 of the French Public Health Code

I.-A provisional nominative duty roster organises the time to be spent by the intern in training and outside training.

The practitioner in charge of the host unit, in conjunction with the specialty coordinator, draws up the roster in accordance with the rules set out in article R. 6153-2. This roster is then approved on a monthly basis by the director of the host structure or the university hospital centre to which the practitioner is attached.

II – The fulfilment of service obligations gives rise to recuperation during the quarter so that at the end of the quarter these obligations do not exceed eight half-days per week for training on placement and two half-days per week for training outside placement. Each of these periods is calculated as an average over the quarter.

III – The terms and conditions for the application of this article are set by joint order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education, health and defence.

I.-Un tableau de service nominatif prévisionnel organise le temps à accomplir au titre de la formation en stage et hors stage de l’interne.

Le praticien responsable de l’entité d’accueil en lien avec le coordonnateur de la spécialité élabore le tableau de service suivant les règles fixées à l’article R. 6153-2. Ce tableau est ensuite arrêté mensuellement par le directeur de la structure d’accueil ou du centre hospitalier universitaire de rattachement.

II.-L’accomplissement des obligations de service donne lieu à récupération au cours du trimestre afin qu’au terme de celui-ci ces obligations n’excédent pas huit demi-journées hebdomadaires au titre de la formation en stage et deux demi-journées hebdomadaires au titre de la formation hors stage. Chacune de ces durées est calculée en moyenne sur le trimestre.

III.-Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés du budget, de l’enseignement supérieur, de la santé et de la défense.
