Article R6153-2-3 of the French Public Health Code

The director of the host structure or the person in charge of the out-of-hospital placement shall provide the intern and the speciality coordinator with monthly and quarterly statements of the service obligations performed by the intern.

These statements shall be sent to the structure which pays the intern’s remuneration if it is not the intern’s host structure.

The terms and conditions for the application of this article are set by joint order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education, health and defence.

Le directeur de la structure d’accueil ou le responsable du stage extrahospitalier met à la disposition de l’interne et du coordonnateur de la spécialité les relevés mensuel et trimestriel des obligations de service réalisées par l’interne.

Ces relevés sont communiqués à la structure qui assure le versement de la rémunération de l’interne si elle n’est pas la structure d’accueil de celui-ci.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés du budget, de l’enseignement supérieur, de la santé et de la défense.
