Article R6153-2-4 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of an individual disagreement regarding the application of the provisions of articles R. 6153-2 to R. 6153-2-3, R. 6153-10 and D. 6153-10-1, the resident shall refer the matter to the director of his host structure or the person in charge of his out-of-hospital training period, the director of the training and research unit and the chairman of the medical committee of the host structure, for an examination of his individual situation.

If the disagreement persists, the intern may refer the matter to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency for the region in which his/her training and research unit is located.

Army hospital interns and assistants shall refer the matter to the competent military authority.

Article R6153-2-4

En cas de désaccord individuel sur l’application des dispositions des articles R. 6153-2 à R. 6153-2-3, R. 6153-10 et D. 6153-10-1, l’interne saisit, pour examen de sa situation individuelle, le directeur de sa structure d’accueil ou le responsable de son stage extrahospitalier, le directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche et le président de la commission médicale d’établissement de la structure d’accueil.

Si le désaccord persiste, l’interne peut saisir le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé de la région dans laquelle se situe son unité de formation et de recherche d’inscription.

Les internes et les assistants des hôpitaux des armées saisissent l’autorité militaire compétente.
