Article R6156-2 of the French Public Health Code

In addition to the Chairman, the Board of Governors is made up of twenty-five full members:

1° Fifteen elected representatives of the staff mentioned in article R. 6156-3 ;

2° Seven representatives of public health establishments appointed by the most representative organisations of the establishments mentioned inarticle 2 of law no. 86-33 of 9th January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the hospital civil service;

3° Three representatives of the ministers concerned.

Article R6156-2

Outre le président, le conseil supérieur est composé de vingt-cinq membres titulaires :

1° Quinze représentants élus des personnels mentionnés à l’article R. 6156-3 ;

2° Sept représentants des établissements publics de santé désignés par les organisations les plus représentatives des établissements mentionnés à l’article 2 de la loi n° 86-33 du 9 janvier 1986 portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la fonction publique hospitalière ;

3° Trois représentants des ministres concernés.
