The specialised committees referred to in a to c of 2° of Article R. 6156-31 are made up of representatives of the trade unions represented on the Board and the members referred to in 2° of Article R. 6156-2.
The trade union organisations have a number of seats on each of these specialised panels equivalent to that obtained in each of the statutory colleges. They appoint their representatives.
Each of these specialised committees also includes seven members belonging to the category mentioned in 2° of Article R. 6156-2.
Within these panels, each full member has two alternates.
The full and alternate members of the specialised committees are appointed by order of the Minister for Health. They may not be chosen from among the members of the Higher Council, with the exception of the specialised committee referred to in a of 2° of Article R. 6156-31, which is composed exclusively of members elected from the statutory colleges.
The specialised committees are chaired by the Director General of Healthcare or his representative.
The chair of the specialised committees does not take part in the vote.
The specialised committees are convened by their chair.
