Article R6161-37 of the French Public Health Code

Private health establishments that have opted for the system of financing by global endowment may request to cease to be subject to this system.

They are then subject to the same provisions as the establishments mentioned in d or e of article L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code from 1st January of the following year.

The request is submitted to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

Les établissements de santé privés qui ont opté pour le régime de financement par dotation globale peuvent demander de cesser d’être soumis à ce dispositif.

Ils sont alors soumis aux mêmes dispositions que les établissements mentionnés au d ou e de l’article L. 162-22-6 du code de la sécurité sociale à compter du 1er janvier de l’année suivante.

La demande est présentée au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.
