Staff remuneration may include a variable component designed to reward effort and performance.
Pursuant to Article L. 3312-2 of the Labour Code, the Autorité des marchés financiers may apply Chapters I and II of Title I of Book III of Part III of the Labour Code.
The result of the calculation formula mentioned in article L. 3314-2 of the Labour Code may not in any way depend on the amount of the rights and contributions instituted by article L. 621-5-4 of this Code, and the total amount of bonuses distributed to employees in this respect may not exceed 10% of the total gross salaries paid to the persons concerned each year.
