The power of attorney shall be in writing. It shall expressly state its purpose and confer on the approved national consumer association the power to carry out all procedural acts on behalf of the consumer.
2° Payment by the consumer of provisions;
3° Waiver by the national approved consumers’ association of the exercise of the power of attorney, after formal notice to the consumer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, where the consumer’s inertia is likely to slow down the progress of the proceedings;
4° The representation of the consumer by the approved national association during the course of investigative measures;
5° The possibility for the approved national association to exercise the means of appeal on behalf of the consumer, with the exception of the appeal to the Supreme Court, without a new mandate.
