Early termination of the apprenticeship contract or the apprenticeship period is the subject of a written document, in accordance with the conditions laid down in articles L. 6222-18 to L. 6222-19.
The director of the apprentice training centre and the body responsible for registering the contract are notified.
La rupture anticipée du contrat d’apprentissage ou de la période d’apprentissage fait l’objet d’un document écrit, dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 6222-18 à L. 6222-19.
Elle est notifiée au directeur du centre de formation d’apprentis ainsi qu’à l’organisme chargé du dépôt du contrat.
