An apprentice who wishes to terminate his contract if he obtains the diploma or qualification being prepared for, in application of article L. 6222-19, must inform the employer in writing at least one month before the end of the contract.

L’apprenti qui souhaite rompre son contrat en cas d’obtention du diplôme ou du titre préparé, en application de l’article L. 6222-19, en informe l’employeur, par écrit, au moins un mois avant la fin du contrat.
