Article R6222-48 of the French Labour Code

In the case provided for in article R. 6222-47, the duration of the apprenticeship is extended by a maximum of one year, without prejudice to the conclusion, where applicable, of a new contract with another employer in application of 2° of article L. 6222-11.

When the term of the apprenticeship contract is extended in this way, the minimum wage applicable to the contract is increased by a uniform fifteen points on the percentages corresponding to the last year of the term of the contract.

Dans le cas prévu à l’article R. 6222-47, la durée de l’apprentissage est prolongée d’un an au plus, sans faire obstacle à la conclusion, s’il y a lieu, d’un nouveau contrat avec un autre employeur en application du 2° de l’article L. 6222-11.

Lorsque la durée du contrat d’apprentissage est ainsi prolongée, il est appliqué au salaire minimum qui s’impose au contrat une majoration uniforme de quinze points aux pourcentages correspondant à la dernière année de la durée du contrat
