Dans les cas prévus à la section 1, la décision d’opposition du préfet à l’engagement d’apprenti intervient, s’il y a lieu, dans un délai de trois mois à compter de l’expiration du délai fixé par la mise en demeure de l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail.
