In the cases provided for in section 1, the Prefect’s decision to object to the hiring of an apprentice is taken, where applicable, within three months of the expiry of the deadline set by the Labour Inspectorate official giving formal notice.

Dans les cas prévus à la section 1, la décision d’opposition du préfet à l’engagement d’apprenti intervient, s’il y a lieu, dans un délai de trois mois à compter de l’expiration du délai fixé par la mise en demeure de l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail.
