Article R6226-2 of the French Labour Code

The contract for making the apprentice available to the user company specifies :

1° The qualification or diploma being prepared by the apprentice ;

2° The nature of the work entrusted to the apprentice, which must be directly related to the vocational training provided for in the apprenticeship contract;

3° The name of the apprenticeship supervisor appointed within the temporary work company;

4° The name of the apprentice master appointed within the user company and the information attesting to compliance with the conditions imposed by article L. 6223-8-1;

5° The terms and conditions under which the user company informs the temporary work agency of the progress of the apprentice’s vocational training within the temporary work agency;

6° The procedures for organising liaison between the apprenticeship supervisors and the apprentice training centre.

Le contrat de mise à disposition de l’apprenti au sein de l’entreprise utilisatrice précise :

1° Le titre ou diplôme préparé par l’apprenti ;

2° La nature des travaux confiés à l’apprenti, qui doivent être en relation directe avec la formation professionnelle prévue au contrat d’apprentissage ;

3° Le nom du maître d’apprentissage désigné au sein de l’entreprise de travail temporaire ;

4° Le nom du maître d’apprentissage désigné au sein de l’entreprise utilisatrice et les informations attestant du respect des conditions imposées par l’article L. 6223-8-1 ;

5° Les modalités selon lesquelles l’entreprise utilisatrice informe l’entreprise de travail temporaire du déroulement de la formation professionnelle de l’apprenti en son sein ;

6° Les modalités selon lesquelles est organisée la liaison entre les maîtres d’apprentissage et le centre de formation des apprentis.
