Article R6226-4 of the French Labour Code

For the training of the apprentice it employs, the temporary work agency may not enter into an agreement with a host company in application of article R. 6223-10 or with a company in another Member State of the European Union that may temporarily host the apprentice in application of article L. 6222-42.

Pour la formation de l’apprenti qu’elle emploie, l’entreprise de travail temporaire ne peut pas conclure de convention avec une entreprise d’accueil en application de l’article R. 6223-10 ni avec une entreprise d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne susceptible d’accueillir temporairement l’apprenti en application de l’article L. 6222-42.
