The person in charge of the tasks falling within the remit of the national plant variety authority shall take a decision within two months. If the appeal is rejected, the amount of the last annual fee shall be refunded.

The decision of the person in charge of the tasks falling within the remit of the national plant variety authority shall be notified to the owner of the plant variety certificate; it shall be entered in the National Register of Plant Variety Certificates and published in the Official Bulletin of the national plant variety authority.

Le responsable des missions relevant de l’instance nationale des obtentions végétales statue dans un délai de deux mois. Dans le cas de rejet du recours, le montant de la dernière redevance annuelle est restitué.

La décision du responsable des missions relevant de l’instance nationale des obtentions végétales est notifiée au propriétaire du certificat d’obtention ; elle est inscrite au Registre national des certificats d’obtention végétale et publiée au Bulletin officiel de l’instance nationale des obtentions végétales.
