Article R6231-2 of the French Labour Code

Apprentice training centres may, by agreement, entrust the consular chambers with one or more of the tasks mentioned in 1° to 14° of article L. 6231-2.

The agreement must include the following information

1° The name of the consular chamber signing the agreement;

2° The tasks entrusted ;

3° The resources used to carry out the assignment(s);

4° The financing arrangements;

5° The methods chosen to monitor, control and evaluate the performance of the assignment;

6° The period of validity of the agreement.

Article R6231-2

Les centres de formation d’apprentis peuvent confier par convention aux chambres consulaires une ou plusieurs des missions mentionnées aux 1° à 14° de l’article L. 6231-2.

La convention comporte les mentions suivantes :

1° La désignation de la chambre consulaire signataire ;

2° Les missions confiées ;

3° Les moyens mis en œuvre pour réaliser la ou les missions ;

4° Les modalités de financement ;

5° Les modalités choisies pour suivre, contrôler et évaluer la réalisation de la mission ;

6° La durée de validité de la convention.
