Article R6231-5 of the French Labour Code

The Development Committee is chaired by the director of the training body providing apprenticeship training or his representative. However, for the apprentice training centres of the establishments mentioned inarticle L. 811-8 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code, the second paragraph of article R. 811-46 of the same code is applicable.

The internal regulations referred to in article R. 6352-1 define the operating procedures of the advanced training council and the appointment of its members.

La présidence du conseil de perfectionnement est assurée par le directeur de l’organisme de formation délivrant des formations par apprentissage ou son représentant. Toutefois, pour les centres de formation d’apprentis des établissements mentionnés à l’article L. 811-8 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, le deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 811-46 du même code est applicable.

Le règlement intérieur mentionné à l’article R. 6352-1 définit les modalités de fonctionnement du conseil de perfectionnement et de la désignation de ses membres.
