Article R626-53 of the French Commercial code

Where the court has not appointed an administrator and the official receiver authorises the application of the provisions of articles L. 626-29 to L. 626-34, the official receiver shall appoint an administrator for the purpose of carrying out the duties vested in him by articles L. 626-30 to L. 626-34.

Lorsque le tribunal n’a pas désigné d’administrateur et que le juge-commissaire autorise qu’il soit fait application des dispositions des articles L. 626-29 à L. 626-34, le juge-commissaire désigne un administrateur aux fins d’exercer les missions qui lui sont dévolues par les articles L. 626-30 à L. 626-34.
