Article R6261-1 of the French Labour Code

Decrees no. 72-279 and 72-283 of 12 April 1972 and the provisions of this book apply in the departments of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin, insofar as they are not derogated from by the provisions of articles R. 6261-2 to R. 6261-14.

The texts amending or replacing these decrees and provisions only apply to these departments after consultation with the regional committee for employment, training and vocational guidance and, in the department of Moselle, with the competent chamber of trades and crafts and chamber of commerce and industry.

Article R6261-1

Les décrets n° s 72-279 et 72-283 du 12 avril 1972 ainsi que les dispositions du présent livre s’appliquent dans les départements de la Moselle, du Bas-Rhin et du Haut-Rhin, dans la mesure où il n’y est pas dérogé par les dispositions des articles R. 6261-2 à R. 6261-14.

Les textes modifiant ou remplaçant ces décrets et ces dispositions ne sont applicables à ces départements qu’après consultation du comité régional de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelles ainsi que, dans le département de la Moselle, de la chambre de métiers et de l’artisanat et de la chambre de commerce et d’industrie compétentes.
