Article R6312-10 of the French Public Health Code

The composition of medical transport crews is defined below:

1° For category A and C vehicles: at least two persons belonging to the categories of personnel mentioned in Article R. 6312-7, at least one of whom belongs to the category mentioned in 1 ;

2° For category B vehicles: at least two persons belonging to the categories of personnel mentioned in article R. 6312-7, at least one of whom belongs to the categories mentioned in 1° or 2° ;

3° For category D vehicles: one person belonging to the categories of personnel mentioned in 1° or 3° of article R. 6312-7.

Article R6312-10

La composition des équipages effectuant des transports sanitaires est définie ci-après :

1° Pour les véhicules des catégories A et C : deux personnes appartenant aux catégories de personnel mentionnées à l’article R. 6312-7, dont l’une au moins de la catégorie mentionnée au 1 ;

2° Pour les véhicules de catégorie B : deux personnes au moins appartenant aux catégories de personnels mentionnées à l’article R. 6312-7, dont l’une au moins appartenant aux catégories mentionnées aux 1° ou 2° ;

3° Pour les véhicules de catégorie D : une personne appartenant aux catégories de personnels mentionnées aux 1° ou 3° de l’article R. 6312-7.
