Approval is granted for the medical transport of sick, injured or parturient patients:

1° In all cases, as part of emergency medical aid ;

2° In addition, where applicable, to transport carried out on medical prescription.

L’agrément est délivré pour l’accomplissement des transports sanitaires des malades, blessés ou parturientes effectués :

1° Dans tous les cas, au titre de l’aide médicale urgente ;

2° Au surplus, le cas échéant, aux transports effectués sur prescription médicale.
