Article R6312-16 of the French Public Health Code

Transport is carried out with respect for the patient’s free choice and without discrimination of any kind between patients.

It is also provided :

1° With vehicles and personnel that comply with the provisions of articles R. 6312-14 and R. 6312-10;

2° Taking into account the indications given by the doctor ;

3° Without unjustified interruptions to the journey.

Article R6312-16

Le transport est effectué dans le respect du libre choix du malade et sans discrimination d’aucune sorte entre les malades.

Il est assuré en outre :

1° Avec des moyens en véhicules et en personnels conformes aux dispositions des articles R. 6312-14 et R. 6312-10 ;

2° En tenant compte des indications données par le médecin ;

3° Sans interruption injustifiée du trajet.
