Article R6312-5 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of non-compliance with the obligations of this section by a person benefiting from approval, the latter, after the person concerned has been given the opportunity to present his observations, prior to the opinion of the medical transport sub-committee, may be withdrawn temporarily or for an unlimited period by reasoned decision of the Director General of the regional health agency.

Failure to comply with the obligations laid down in this section and identified by the urgent medical assistance service shall be communicated to the Director General of the regional health agency and to the primary health insurance fund.

En cas de manquement aux obligations de la présente section par une personne bénéficiant de l’agrément, celui-ci, après que l’intéressé a été mis à même de présenter ses observations, en préalable à l’avis du sous-comité des transports sanitaires, peut être retiré temporairement ou sans limitation de durée par décision motivée du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

Les manquements aux obligations prévues par la présente section et relevés par le service d’aide médicale urgente sont communiqués au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé et à la caisse primaire d’assurance-maladie.
