Article R6316-4 of the French Labour Code

France Compétences registers on a list the labelling bodies that it recognises after checking that the certification process implemented by these bodies involves an administrative authority and that it offers guarantees of independence with regard to the certified service providers.

France Compétences makes this list available to the public and reviews it every three years.

France compétences inscrit sur une liste les instances de labellisation qu’elle reconnaît après avoir vérifié que le processus de certification mis en œuvre par ces instances implique une autorité administrative et qu’il présente des garanties d’indépendance à l’égard des prestataires certifiés.

France compétences met cette liste à la disposition du public et la révise tous les trois ans.
