I.-The regional inter-professional joint committee will pay for:
1° The educational costs and the costs of validating skills and knowledge relating to the completion of the training course;
2° The ancillary costs, consisting of transport, meal and accommodation costs incurred by the training course followed by the employee carrying out a professional transition project;
3° The employee’s remuneration referred to in article L. 6323-17-5;
4° Social security contributions relating to this remuneration;
5° Statutory and contractual charges levied on this remuneration.
II.Subject to the beneficiary providing proof of the decision to terminate the employment contract subsequent to the agreement by the regional inter-professional joint committee to cover the costs, the costs will continue to be covered if the employment contract is terminated:
1° By the employer;
2° By the beneficiary, subject to the conclusion of a new employment contract succeeding the previous one within one month of the end of the notice period and the agreement given by the new employer to the associated leave request.
