Article R6323-14 of the French Labour Code

The regional inter-professional joint committee will examine the employee’s file.

It will check compliance with the conditions of seniority and access set out in paragraph 1 of this section and in article R. 6323-10, as well as the ability of the training provider, as required by article L. 6316-1, to provide quality training.

The commission assesses the relevance of the professional project in the light of the following cumulative criteria:

1° The coherence of the professional transition project designed to enable a change of trade or profession;

2° The relevance of the training pathway and financing arrangements envisaged following the preliminary positioning action;

3° The employment prospects at the end of the training course, particularly in the region.

La commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale procède à l’examen du dossier du salarié.


Elle contrôle le respect des conditions d’ancienneté et d’accès prévues au paragraphe 1 de la présente section et à l’article R. 6323-10 ainsi que la capacité, requise par l’article L. 6316-1, du prestataire de formation à dispenser une formation de qualité.


La commission apprécie la pertinence du projet professionnel au regard des critères cumulatifs suivants :


1° La cohérence du projet de transition professionnelle destiné à permettre de changer de métier ou de profession ;


2° La pertinence du parcours de formation et des modalités de financement envisagés à l’issue de l’action de positionnement préalable ;


3° Les perspectives d’emploi à l’issue de l’action de formation, notamment dans la région.
